The problem W.e.b Dubois he saw was the the African Americans were uneducated, and getting closed out of the education in America. Dubois wanted to help the African Americans to get educated. As well as teach them life skills and get equal treatment from the rest of the American. His plan was to create the Naacp. The Naacp was created to educate the African Americans and treat them life skills. |
Brooker T Washington
Brooker T Washington
Uneducated African Americans and allowed them to earn specific skills. He founded the American trade skills. He as well he taught the African American the trade skills he learned about. The traded skills included equal trade, price of consumer goods. Brooker T Washington founded the isukegee institution to help create civil right for African Americans. |
Jim Crow Laws
Jim Crow saw the segregation around the cities and small farm towns. He wanted to help by creating laws formed to get rid of the black codes. Jim crow created the mandated segregation to eliminate the black codes. The black codes were created to not allow the blacks to do most the whites were allowed too. They included the water fountains, bathrooms, bus seats, and seats at concerts, games, and plays.

Apartheid Schools
Apartheid schools were created because of the racism happening in the public schools, from the bullies to kids just saying racism slurs. The way they wanted to help was to separate races into schools to eliminate the racism occurring in public schools. Every school had 1 sex, and one race. Schools in New Jersey say that 26% are African Americans , and 13% latino.

Affirmative Action
The problem this group saw was the discrimation of the African people. They wanted to eliminate the racism of the whites in early day us. These people included that followed specific religions, as well as people with different color, race, sex or national origin, and different sex’s. They want to bring benefits areas with poor education, business, and regions of high unemployment rates. In 1960 they pushed their thoughts and combated racial discrimination in the hiring process. In 1967 they grew their thoughts farther and to include gender.

Jessie Jackson
They wanted to help by the equality and rights alliance. They helped by fights for all kinds of people. Ex. African Americans. The equality rights alliance he pointed out the difference of the African American schools compared to the white kids schools. This showed a huge difference in a perspective of the equality compared to African to white.
